Beer Academy this Monday!
When: Monday, February 6th @ 7:00pm
Join us this Monday as we continue our journey through the wonderful world of beer! This week we will be taking an in-depth look at the topic of hops and the delicious beers that prominantly feature this noble plant! We will be joined by special guest lecturer Aaron Wallace – our brave and fearless General Manager and resident beer expert. Space is limited so please be a few minutes early if you would like a seat. We look forward to seeing you there!

Come watch the Super Bowl with us this Sunday at Highwire. We’ll have both TVs showing the game and the ktichen will be serving up dinner. Come root on your favorite teams and drink some great beers while doing it!

Valentines Day at Trappeze and Highwire
That’s right – Valentine’s Day is rapidly aproaching and that special guy or gal in your life deserves the very best! Chef Eddie has prepared a wonderful Valentine’s Day menu that has been inspired by our most delicious beers, wines, and cocktails. Reservations are available – just contact us attrappezebooking@gmail.com and let us know your preferred time of arrival and how many are in your party and we’ll be happy to accomodate. Our menu for this special evening is as follows:
Arancini Pasta with braised fennel, grana padano cheese, pickled beet creme fraiche
Mussels with chickpeas, sweet potato, chard, ciabatta, and tomato aioli
Coq au Biere with Springer Mountain chicken, bacon lardons, mushrooms, turnips, cipollini onions
